We collect the details you submit (name, mobile, location, customer type, bill/consumption or existing-system details, optional email and message) to respond to your enquiry or service request.

Enquiry and maintenance requests are sent to nationalsolartechnology@gmail.com so our company can respond. This website does not provide staff accounts or keep an enquiry database. We do not sell your data.

We do not request Aadhaar, bank or card details through this website. Please include only the information needed to answer your request.

We use FormSubmit to process these submissions and send them by email. FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days. The resulting emails are also held in our company mailbox while needed to handle your request.

Our hosting provider handles connection information such as IP addresses and technical logs to operate and protect the website. Google Fonts supplies the displayed typefaces. FormSubmit may use Google reCAPTCHA for spam verification; those services receive connection information when they load.

Your selected interface language is saved in this browser's local storage. The calculator runs in your browser; its inputs are not sent as an enquiry unless you enter them in a form.

We use submitted contact details to answer your request, prepare a proposal or arrange requested service. We keep correspondence while needed for that purpose and any resulting contract, accounting or legal obligations. Please contact us if you want an enquiry removed.

To request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact nationalsolartechnology@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before responding. Do not send identity documents until we explain what is needed.
